管线用钢管外径精度的控制

【摘要】 热轧机组生产一次成形的钢管, 外径精度一般在±075% 范围内, 而对用于对焊连接的钢管,要求的外径公差控制范围更加严格。通过孔型设计,可使热轧管的外径公差范围控制在±050% ,同时管端外径偏差控制在- 040m m ~+ 159m m , 从而满足了使用要求。

【Abstract】 For steel tube made by a hot rolling mill with one working process, its O.D. tole rance is typically ±0.75%, whereas for steel tube subjected to butt welding connection, its O.D. tolerance is much stricter than that of the former. With proper groove design, it is possible to get O.D. tolerance of hot rolled tube controlled within ±0.50%, while tube end O.D.deviation is limited to-0.40 mm~+1.59 mm, being satisfactory to requirements for relevant application.
