高碘酸钾氧化花青催化动力学极谱法测定痕量锰
Catalytic Polarographic Determination of Trace Amounts of Manganese Using the Reaction Between Cyanine and KIO4
【摘要】 报道用氨三乙酸作活化剂, 在弱酸性介质下, 痕量锰对高碘酸钾氧化花青的反应有强烈催化作用, 并以此反应作为指示反应建立了测定痕量锰的催化极谱法. 方法的检出限为5nmol/L,相对标准偏差为1-3 % ( n = 11) . 此方法用于测定茶叶中的锰, 结果满意.
【Abstract】 Anew catalytic kinetic polarography method has been developed for determination of trace amounts of Mn2 + .Itis based on the catalytic activity of Mn ( Ⅱ)in the redox reaction be tween potassium periodateand Cyanineinthe nitrilotriaceticacid asanactivater medium . Thelin earrange ofdeterminationis 10 ~80nmol/L.The detectionlimitis5nmol/L. The relativestan dard deviation is 1-3 % . The method has been used for the determination of trace Mn2 +in tea sample.
