【Abstract】 Anew catalytic kinetic polarography method has been developed for determination of trace amounts of Mn2 + .Itis based on the catalytic activity of Mn ( Ⅱ)in the redox reaction be tween potassium periodateand Cyanineinthe nitrilotriaceticacid asanactivater medium . Thelin earrange ofdeterminationis 10 ～80nmol/L.The detectionlimitis5nmol/L. The relativestan dard deviation is 1-3 % . The method has been used for the determination of trace Mn2 +in tea sample.更多还原
