芦丁—铁氰化钾荧光体系的研究及其应用
Study on the Fluorescence System of Rutin-K3 [Fe(CN)6] and Its Application
【摘要】 研究了芦丁被铁氰化钾氧化后在硼砂缓冲溶液中的荧光性质, 确定了最佳实验条件. 芦丁浓度在0-8 ~10μmol/L间与体系荧光强度成线性关系, 检测限为20nmol/L, 据此用标准加入法测定了片剂中芦丁的含量. 并探讨了其发光机理.
【Abstract】 It was found that rutin oxidized by potassium ferricyanide emits strong fluorescence in borax buffer.Under the optimum experimental conditions,the linear range of the determination is 0 8~10μmol/L,and the detection limit is 21nmol/L.Standard addition method was used to determine rutin in tablet.The luminescence mechanism of the system was discussed.
