【Abstract】 It was found that rutin oxidized by potassium ferricyanide emits strong fluorescence in borax buffer.Under the optimum experimental conditions,the linear range of the determination is 0 8～10μmol/L,and the detection limit is 21nmol/L.Standard addition method was used to determine rutin in tablet.The luminescence mechanism of the system was discussed.更多还原
