【Abstract】 This paper is a study on extracting protein from the powder of spirulina platensis by remoistening,mechanical broken wall of colloid mill, homogenization and isoionic point.At the same time,the technology conditions for making protein are determined and the content of protein in the product and the extractive rate of protein reach up to 89 8%and 98%respectively.更多还原
