蛇毒蛋白质毛细管高效液相色谱分离
Isolation of Snake Venom Proteins by Using Capillary High Performance Liquid Chromatography
【摘要】 利用高分离效能、高灵敏度的毛细管高效液相色谱法, 实现皮摩尔级微量蛇毒蛋白质的组分分离同时利用自行充填的毛细管高效液相色谱柱替代昂贵的原装柱, 既能较好分离复杂的蛇毒蛋白质, 又可满足不同的分离纯化要求
【Abstract】 This paper described the separation and purification of snake venom proteins at pico - molelevel by using the high column efficiency and high sensitive capillary high performance liquid chromatog raphy ( H P L C) We also developed a method of self - packaging capillary column which can achieve agood separation of snake venom proteins and can substitute the expensive original column Our self -package columns can satisfy different demands for the separation and purification of various proteins
