【摘要】 报道异麦芽寡糖对双岐杆菌的增殖作用及ｐ Ｈ、接种量等因素对双岐杆菌生长繁殖的影响实验结果表明， 在基础培养液中添加０５ ％ ～０６ ％ 异麦芽寡糖， 对双岐杆菌具有较显著的促进增殖作用， 在基质ｐ Ｈ４０ 以下， 双岐杆菌受到明显抑制并逐渐被自身产生的酸杀死； 双岐杆菌的菌种培养液用ｐ Ｈ 回调法至ｐ Ｈ６０ ～７０ ， 菌种低温 （４ ℃） 下保藏期从７ ｄ 延至２０ ｄ更多还原
