SAPO-5分子筛的酸性及异构化性能
Acidity and Isomerization Performance of SAPO 5 Molecular Sieves
【摘要】 用水热晶化法合成了AlPO4-5和SAPO-5分子筛,借助XRD、IR、吸附吡啶的IR及NH3-TPD等手段对其进行了表征,并通过间二甲苯异构化反应对其催化性能进行了评价.将其催化性能与表征结果相关联得出:B酸中心是间二甲苯异构化的活性中心,SAPO-5的B酸中心多,其间二甲苯异构化的活性(45.8%)和选择性(63.24%)也高.异构化的选择性还与B酸中心的强度有关.
【Abstract】 AlPO 4 5 and SAPO 5 molecular sieves were synthesized by hydrothermal method, and characterized by XRD,IR, pyridine adsorption IR and NH 3 TPD. Their catalytic performance was evaluated by the reaction of m xylene isomerization. By correlating the catalytic performance with the result of characterization it is shown that Br[AKo¨D〗nsted acid is the active center of m xylene isomerization; more Br[AKo¨D〗nsted acid centers exist in SAPO 5, so it has higher isomerization activity (45.8%) and selectivity (63.24%). There is a relation between the strength of Br[AKo¨D〗nsted acid center and the isomerization selectivity.
