【Abstract】 The optinium reaction conditions were investigated in three types of reverse micelles of SDS, CTAB and AOT.The activity and stability of horseradish peroxidase in the AOT reverse micelles are higher than those in two others. So the AOT reverse micelles is suitable for catalytic reaction of HRP.In these three types of reverse micelles, the micelles forming by the anion surfactant is in favor of the reaction HRP.更多还原
