低剂量 X 射线全身照射诱导脾淋巴细胞内[ Ca2+ ]i 及 C D71 表达的适应性反应
ADAPTIVE RESPONSE OF [Ca 2+ ] i AND CD71 EXPRESSION IN SPLENIC LYMPHOCYTES INDUCED BY LOW DOSE WBI WITH X RAYS IN MICE
【摘要】 为 了观察低 剂量 X 射 线全身照 射诱导脾 淋巴细 胞内[ Ca2 + ] i 及 C D71 表 达的 适应 性反应。采用 Fura2 负载,双 波长荧 光测定法 检测 细胞 内[ Ca2 + ] i 浓 度。 采用 单克 隆 抗体 免 疫荧 光标记,流 式细胞术 检测淋巴 细胞 C D7 1 表达。发现 0075 Gy 低 剂量 预照 射 能明 显减 轻 其后 20 Gy 攻击剂量 照射对 细 胞 内[ Ca2 + ] i 及 C D7 1 的 抑 制 作 用 。低 剂 量 辐 射 能诱 导 脾 淋 巴 细 胞[ Ca2 + ] i 及 C D7 1 表达的适 应性反 应。此变 化可能是 低剂量 辐射诱导 T 淋巴细胞 免疫适 应性反 应的 重要 机制之一。
【Abstract】 To investigate whether adaptive response of [Ca 2+ ] i and CD71 expression in splenic lymphocytes could be induced by low dose WBI with X ray Fluorecent indicator fura 2 was used to measure [Ca 2+ ] i concentration in splenic lymphocytes And flow cytometry was used to analyze CD71 expression of splenic lymphocytes for their immunofluorescence stained with monoclonal antibodies It was found that the suppressive effect of [Ca 2+ ] i and CD71 in lymphocytes be 2 0Gy was reduced by 0 075 Gy low dose pre irradiation Adaptive response of [Ca 2+ ] i and CD71 expression of splenic lymphocytes could be incudced by low dose radiation This finding might be one of the important mechamisms of immunological adaptive response fo T lymphocytes induced by low dose radiation
