精子运动参数检测系统的设计与研究
Development of a spermatozoon motion parameters testing system
【摘要】 在常规医学显微镜基础上,综合运用现代光学、光电检测、计算机视觉、图像识别和图像处理等技术,研制出了精子运动参数检测系统,配合系统软件,实现了精子运动参数的定量检测。临床应用表明,该系统具有较高的灵敏度、较好的重复性和可靠性。
【Abstract】 On the basis of a conventional medical microscopy, a spermotozoon motion parameters testing system was designed by apply ing techniques shch as modern optics, photoelectric testing, computer vision, image identification and image processing. The mo tion parameters of spermatozoon were quantitatively determined with this testing system accompanied by its compatible software. Clinical applications demonstrate that the testing system is accurate and relable and has good repeatability.
