【Abstract】 On the basis of a conventional medical microscopy, a spermotozoon motion parameters testing system was designed by apply ing techniques shch as modern optics, photoelectric testing, computer vision, image identification and image processing. The mo tion parameters of spermatozoon were quantitatively determined with this testing system accompanied by its compatible software. Clinical applications demonstrate that the testing system is accurate and relable and has good repeatability.更多还原
