【Abstract】 The analysis of dichlorodiphylsilane and its coexistent impurities by capillary gas chromatography is described. The separation was performed on a SE-54 on a SE-54 column (25m×0.25mm id) with helium as carrier gas. the detector was FID. the peak area normal- ization was used for quantification. The method is precise and convenient. The standard deviation was 0.0333 and the coefficient of deviation was 0.0346%.更多还原
