利用IBM PC计算机改造LABTAM 8450型光电直读光谱仪计算机系统

【摘要】 在分析光电直读光谱仪基本原理与结构的基础上，运用 ＩＢＭ ＰＣ计算机对澳大利亚产ＬＡＢＴＡＭ ８４５０型光电直读光谱仪计算机系统进行了改造。主要内容包括 ＩＢＭ ＰＣ总线与 ＬＡＢＴＡＭ　１０００系列计算机总线的转换；激发电源逻辑控制的硬件设计；运用最小二乘算法进行标定计算方法，以及用高低标实现漂移校正的原理和程序设计。指出了在软硬件设计及与原系统对接调试过程中应注意的事项。

【Abstract】 Based on the principle and the construction of Labtam 8450 spectrometer, method for modifying the computer system of the instrument with IBM PC is described. An interface card and a connecting card were designed for communication between the IBM PC and the original computer of the instument. New software was written by C laguage.
