胡椒碱在磷酸三丁酯修饰电极上的电化学行为研究

【摘要】 研究了胡椒碱在磷酸三丁酯(TBP)修饰玻碳电极上的电化学行为。在pH4.6的Briton-Robison缓冲溶液中,胡椒碱在-1.40V(vs.SCE)处有一灵敏的极谱还原峰。吸附溶出峰电流与胡椒碱的量浓度在7.40×10-9~2.22×10-7mol/L范围内有良好的线性关系。富集6min检出限为2.22×10-11mol/L。已用于天然胡椒中胡椒碱的测定。

【Abstract】 he voltammetriy of piperine at TBP chemically modified electrode has been studied. A welldefined derivative peak is obtained at 1.40 V(vs.SCE) in Britton-Robinson buffer solution(pH4.6). The peak current is proportional to the concentration of piperine in the range of 7.410-92.210-7mol/L. The detection limit has been estimated as 2.210-11mol/L with 6 min accumulation. The method has been applied to determine piperine in natural pepper with satisfactory results.
