【Abstract】 In the H 3BO 3 KCl NaOH buffer solution at pH8.2 and in the presence of nonionic surfactant Triton X 100,manganese(Ⅱ) reacts with 1,10 phenanthroline and eosine to form a non fluorescent complex.Based on the fluorescence quenching of eosine,a new fluorescence quenching method for the determination of manganese has been developed.The detection limit is 2μg/L.The linear range of calibration curve is 0.20～3 50μg/25mL.This method is simple and rapid with high sensitivity.It can be applied to determine trace manganese in aluminum alloy,wheat flour,wheat and wheat bran with satisfactory results.更多还原
