单扫描极谱法测定水中痕量苯酚
Determination of Trace Phenol in Water with Single Sweep Polarography
【摘要】 苯酚与对硝基苯胺的重氮盐偶合后,在0.03 m ol/LNa2CO3-0.03m ol/LNaHCO3-160 g/L乙醇介质中,偶合产物在单扫描示波极谱上产生一个灵敏而清晰的吸附还原波,波高与苯酚浓度在0.005~0.5m g/L范围内呈良好线性关系,峰电位为- 0.58V(vs.SCE),方法检出限达0.002 m g/L。已用于天然水中痕量苯酚的测定。
【Abstract】 Phenol in water can react with the diazo salt of p nitroaniline.In 0 03 mol/L NaHCO 3 0 03mol/L Na 3CO 3 160g/L alcohol system,the reaction products can be adsorbed and reduced on the mercury electrode with a well defined single sweep polarographic wave.The peak potential is -0 58 V( vs .SCE).The peak height is proportional to the concentration of phenol over the range of 0 005~0 5 mg/L,the detection limit is 0 002 mg/L.This method has been proved sensitive for the determination of trace phenol in natural waters.
