中草药有效成分橙皮甙的固体表面延迟荧光法研究

【Abstract】 The solid surface delayed fluorescence of hesperidin using polyamide membrane as substrate is given. Various factors effecting on SS\|DF intensity including substrate,pH conditions, drying temperature were studied in detail. The excitation wavelength is 290 nm (weak), 376 nm(strong), and the emission wavelength is 440 nm, 475 nm(should peak).The linear dynamic ranges (LDR) is 1.22 ̄610ng /spot, and the limit of detection (LOD) is 0.024ng/spot. \=
