【摘要】 报道了用镉试剂２Ｂ改性的硅胶（Ｃａｄｉｏｎ２Ｂ－ＳＧ）来富集水体中的痕量镉的各种条件。结果表明，在ｐＨ＝６的条件下，Ｃｄ２＋能被Ｃａｄｉｏｎ２Ｂ－ＳＧ定量吸附，其净吸附量为７．９μｍｏｌｇ－１，吸附的Ｃｄ２＋可被０．１ｍｏｌＬ－１的ＨＣｌ洗脱。据此，建立了Ｃａｄｉｏｎ２Ｂ－ＳＧ柱富集、胶束增溶分光光度法测定镉的方法，并对废水中的镉进行了测定，结果令人满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Nitronaphthalenedizoaminoazobenzene(Cadion 2B)on silica gel is used for rapid enrichment of gL-1 level of Cadmium()from aqueous solution,followed by spectrophotometric detemination. Cadmium()was quantitatively retained on the Cadion 2BSG from solution at pH=6 after shaking over 30 minutes.The net absorption capacity of the Cadion 2B on SG is 7.9mol Cd2+g-1.Cadmium retained on the Cadion 2BSG column was completely eluted with 10 mL solution of 0.1 molL-1HCl. Based on these, a spectrophotometric method for determination of cadmium in water is developed. The Cadmium concentration in water is shown to be gL-1 level.更多还原
