【Abstract】 A new method for direct determination of Promethazine Hydrochloride Tablets and injection by fluorospectrophotometry was established. The excitation and emission wavelengths were at 303 nm and 443 nm, respectively. The linear range of determination was 0.1～10.0 μg /mL. The average recoveries was more than 99.9% and 99.6% for the tablets and injection. The relative standard deviations were less than 0.76%. This method has been used to determine Promethazine Hydrochloride tablets and injection samples.更多还原
