荧光分光光度法直接测定盐酸异丙嗪片剂及注射液的含量

【摘要】 以0.0001 m ol/L盐酸为溶剂,303 nm 为激发波长,443 nm 为发射波长,用荧光分光光度法直接测定盐酸异丙嗪片剂及注射液中盐酸异丙嗪的含量。盐酸异丙嗪在0.1~10.0 μg /m L浓度范围呈良好线性。片剂及注射液的测定平均变异系数分别为0.31%和0.45% ,回收率分别为99.9% 和99.6% 。

【Abstract】 A new method for direct determination of Promethazine Hydrochloride Tablets and injection by fluorospectrophotometry was established. The excitation and emission wavelengths were at 303 nm and 443 nm, respectively. The linear range of determination was 0.1~10.0 μg /mL. The average recoveries was more than 99.9% and 99.6% for the tablets and injection. The relative standard deviations were less than 0.76%. This method has been used to determine Promethazine Hydrochloride tablets and injection samples.
