基于PEG凝聚的压电免疫传感器用于低密度脂蛋白的测定
PEG Agglutination Based Piezoelectric Immunosensor for the Determination of Low Density Lipoprotein(LDL)
【摘要】 研制了一种基于PEG 凝聚的低密度脂蛋白(LDL)液相压电免疫传感器。考察了PEG 浓度、PEG 分子量及反应温度等因素对频移的影响,采用终点法和初始速率法测得LDL线性范围分别为0.4~22.5 μg·m L- 1和0.2~19.0 μg·m L- 1。对6 个血清样本的分析结果与磷酸镁沉淀酶法基本一致。
【Abstract】 In this paper, a piezoelectric immunosensor, which is based on the agglutination of antigen and antibody PEG complex by an immunoreaction, has been developed for the determination of low density lipoprotein(LDL) The effect of experimental conditions such as PEG concentration, the molecular weight of PEG and the reaction temperature on the frequency response was investigated The linear ranges for LDL concentration determined by the end point method and the initial rate method were 0 4~22 5 μg·mL -1 and 0 2~19 0 μg ·mL -1 , respectively Analytical results of six clinical specimens obtained by using the developed method were in good agreement with those given by the enzyme method of magnesium phosphate precipitation
