二溴羟基苯基荧光酮-曲拉通X-100胶束荧光熄灭法测定微量钛(Ⅳ)

【摘要】 基于Ti(Ⅳ)-二溴羟基苯基荧光酮(DBH-PF)-Triton X-100体系的荧光熄灭效应,提出一种测量微量钛(Ⅳ)的新荧光方法,在pH5.4~6.3的HAc-NaAc缓冲介质范围内和Trition X-100存在下,Ti(Ⅳ)与DBH-PF形成1:3的络合物,其最大激发波长和发射波长分别是365nm和560nm;钛(Ⅳ)量在4.0~100μg/L范围内与△F呈线性关系;检测限是4.0μg/L.方法用于人发和合金钢中微量钛的测定,结果满意.

【Abstract】 A new fluorometric method which based on the fluorescence quenching effect of Ti(Ⅳ)-2,3,7,-Trihydroxy-9- (3, 5-dibromo-4-hydroxyphenyl) fluorone ( DBH-PF)-Triton X-100 system has been developed for the determination of microamount of titanium in the present paper. Ti (Ⅳ) reacts withDBH-PF to form a 1:3 complex in the HAc-NaAc buffer medium within the pH range from 5.4 to 6.3and in the presence of Triton X-100. The maximal excitation and emission wavelengths are 365 run and560nm, respectively. The linear range for the determination of Ti(Ⅳ) is 4.0-100Ug/L and detectionlimit is 4.0μg/L. The method has been applied to the direct determination of microamount Ti(Ⅳ) inhuman hair and alloys steel with satisfactory results.
