榴莲中脂肪酸成分的色谱-质谱分析
The Component Analysis of Fatty Acid in Durian
【摘要】 报道了用色谱-质谱(GC-NS)分析榴莲(种籽、种皮、内果皮、外果皮)中的脂肪酸及其含量.结果表明榴莲含有丰富的对人体有益的脂肪酸,是一种具有较高食用价值和药用价值的水果.
【Abstract】 This paper reports the analysis of fatty acid in durian (seed, testa, mesocarp and exocarp) using gas chromatography/mass spectrometry. The results show that the durian contains abundant and beneficial fatty acid for human’s health. It is a fruit of great edible and medical value.
