新有机试剂BDTAN的合成及分析性能

【摘要】报道了新试剂2,6-双偶氮-[1,1’-(2,2’-双萘酚)]苯并[1,2-d:4,5-d’]二噻唑(简称BDTAN)的合成、提纯及结构的表征,测定了该试剂的pK_a值,研究了试剂与金属离子的点滴试验,在pH1～11时,该试剂与某些金属形成稳定的螯合物,并且具有较高的灵敏度和较好的选择性,是一种有一定应用前景的光度显色试剂.更多还原

【Abstract】 A new reagent 2, 6-bisazo-[ 1, l’-(2, 2’-dinaphthol) ] benzo 1, 2-d : 4, 5-d’_ bisthianzole (BDTAN) was systhesized. Its structure was determined by elemental analysis, infrared and H nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. Acid dissociation constant of the reagent and its reactions with various metal ions are reported.更多还原
