高阻值衬层的电化学无损探伤

【摘要】 根据电化学原理,利用计算机数据采集及处理系统,对高阻值衬层进行分析与检测,首次得到高阻值衬层穿透性裂纹的电沉积电流与时间的关系曲线,由此可以定量确定裂纹的大小,再通过观测在裂纹处所沉积的金属(或采用电极扫描技术)来确定裂纹的位置及表面形状,最终可以实现对高阻值衬层的快速无损探伤;在检测时施加高压,可以得到沉积电流与压力之间的关系,它反映出在压力作用下裂纹的发展过程,进而确定高阻值衬层高压容器或管道的耐压极限。

【Abstract】 Evaluation of cracks in high-rsistance composite layer has been carried out by electrochemical NDT. A relationship between electric current and time of the metal electrodepositing in the cracks of high-resistance composite layer was established with the aids of computer data collection and analysis system. Based on this relationship, a quantitative estimation of the crack size in high-resistance composite layer can be acquired. In addi-tiion, with the observation of metal powder deposited at the crack, the crack distribution and size can also be detected. Therefore, cracks in high-resistance composite layer can be estimated accurately by this electrochemical Nondestructive Testing (NDT) method. Furthermore, if certain pressure is applied during the evaluation, the re-latonship curve between current and pressure can be achieved. According to this curve, the evaluation of the cracks under different pressures can be defined accordingly, and the pressure limit of high pressure vessels or pipes can be determined.
