咪唑啉对碳钢在弱酸性H2S溶液中的缓蚀作用
CORROSION INHIBITION OF IMIDAZOLINES ON CARBON STEEL IN ACIDULOUS H2S SOLUTION
【摘要】 应用计算机控制的动电位扫描法研究了油溶性咪唑啉类缓蚀剂对碳钢在弱酸性H2S水溶液中的缓蚀作用,并采用三参数拟合方法对阴阳极极化曲线进行拟合计算,算出相应的βAβK,Icorr等值.发现“HT01”的缓蚀作用要优于“WS-1”,进一步计算表明:“WS-1”在碳钢表面的吸附服从Langmuir吸附等温式,而“HT01’则不完全符合.
【Abstract】 Inhibition behavior of two imidazolines "WS-1" and "HT01" is studied in acidulous H2S solution by dynamic potential scanning method controlled by computer, then three parameters evaluation process is adopted in cathodic-anodic polarization curve analysis , so the electrochemical parameters BA , BK , Lcorr is gained respectively. The results show that the inhibition of "HT01" is better than that of "WS-1". Further calculation elucidates the absorption of "WS-1" on carbon steel surface obeys Langmuir isotherm equation much better than "HI01".
