游梁式双驴头双井抽油机节能分析

【摘要】 根据两井距离比较近的情况,设计了一种新型游梁式双井抽油机,带有双驴头,可以实现一机双抽,介绍了其结构和工作原理。在对游梁式双井抽油机的扭矩和节能作定性分析的基础上,与常规游梁式抽油机作了比较分析得出:双井抽油机的曲柄轴负扭矩绝对值和峰值扭矩减小,耗电量相对降低。因此,双井抽油机不仅扭矩变化平稳、工作情况较好,而且具有很好的节能效果。另外,分析得出,在陆地加密井、丛式井、海洋油井等情况下使用双井抽油机,成本低、维修费用少。

【Abstract】 According to the requests of power-saving and short distance between two oil wells. A kind of new beam pumping unit with double horseheads has been designed. This paper calculates and analyzes the torque of the crankshaft and energy consumption, and compares the doublehorseheads pumping unit with conventional pumping unit. It has been concluded that absolute values of negative torque and peak torque of the crankshaft are reduced and energy consumption decreased. Furthermore, the double horseheads pumping has a good performence in operating, powersaving and stable variation of torque. In addition, it is benifitial for consumers to use the double-head pumping unit when the distance between two oil wells is short.
