【摘要】 质量、工期、造价是建设项目的三大控制目标，是影响建设项目投资效益的主要因素，它们是相互制约、相互影响的统一体。要想三者同时达到最优，即高质量、短工期、低造价，只能是一种理想状态，实际上是很难实现的。其中任何一个目标的变化，都势必引起另外两个目标发生相应的变化，并受它们的制约和影响。建设项目“ＡＡＡ”管理方法，就是从管理的角度出发，在影响投资效益的众多因素中，找出对全局影响最大的３ 种主要因素，即质量、工期、造价影响因素。通过综合评估，将这３ 种因素的最高级“ＡＡＡ”视为最佳状态或控制目标。然后根据“ＡＡＡ”管理体系中反映出的这些因素在提高效益过程中的变化趋势，对各因素的状态进行调整，以接近或达到控制目标，从而求出确定这三大控制目标的满意解。更多还原

【Abstract】 Quality, time limit and construction costs for a prodect are the three controlling targets of a construction project and the main factors that affect the investment benefit of a construction project. They are an interactive integration. It is only an ideal state to optimize the three main controlling targets at the same time(namely, high quality, short time limit and low construction cost). In practice, it’s hard to reach this goal. If any one of the targets changes, the other two will change correspondingly and the target will be affected and interacted by the latter. From the perspective of management, the AAA management method in construction project is a way to find three main factors from all the ones, which are the factors of quality, time limit and construction cost. On the basis of total evaluation, the best grade in the three factors(AAA)can be viewed as the optimum or controlling targets. From observing the changing tendency of the factors in raising benefit, one can adjust the state of each factor so as to approach or reach the controlling trarget and to find a satisfactory solution to raise investment benefit.更多还原
