我国改性道路沥青发展状况

【摘要】 介绍了聚合物改性沥青的发展沿革,着重阐述了SBS 改性沥青的技术关键和生产工艺及设备。同时分析了我国道路沥青供求状况。针对我国原油特点和实际情况,提出选取适合生产沥青的环烷基中间基原油作原料,通过炼厂富芳贫蜡组分调和改性生产高等级道路沥青是缓解我国道路沥青供求矛盾的切实有效途径。最后简要介绍了抚顺石油学院用辽河油田曙一区超稠原油研制高等级道路沥青的研究工作。实验表明,研制出的各种牌号调和沥青的针入度、软化点、延度三大指标均符合国家标准GB50092 - 96 重交通道路沥青质量要求。

【Abstract】 The development and evolution of polymer modified paving asphalt is introduced in this paper.It focuses on technical barriers,process and units of SBS-modified paving asphalt.Asphalt production,market demand-supply status in China is analysed as well.In order to resolve the problem of paving asphalt demand-supply,according to the characteristics of the crude oil in China,a feasible and effective way was put forward.Some intermediate- and naphthene-base oil were used as feedstock to produce various high grade asphalt by blending waste oil which is rich in aromatics and poor in wax.Finally,the study of producing high grade paving asphalt by using the high viscous crude from No.1 Shuguang Zone of Liaohe Oil Field was briefly introduced.The laboratory test results indicated that their penetrations,softening points,ductilities of various blended paving asphalt conform to GB50092-96 heavy traffic asphalt standard.
