黄芩酚性甙预防放射性皮肤损伤的临床研究

【摘要】 为了预防放射性皮肤损伤,1998年4月~1998年11月,将从黄芩中分离出的黄芩酚性甙类(GSBG)应用于接受钴60治疗机γ射线照射的鼻咽癌病人。随机分为观察组和对照组,结果显示GSBG具有明显的预防放射性皮肤损伤的作用。两组病人放射野损伤程度比较,统计学差异有非常显著意义(P<001),提高了病人的生活质量,减轻了病人的痛苦,保证了放疗的顺利进行。

【Abstract】 In order to prevent radiation injury of skin, from Apr. 1998 to Nov. 1998,GSBG which is extracted from Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi was applied to treat patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma irradiated by cobalt60 r rays. The patients were randomly divided into treated group and controlled group. The result showed that GSBG can obviously reduce radiation damage to the skin. Statastically, there was very significant difference in the degree of radiation injury of skin between two groups(P<001). As the result,the quality of patient’s live was improved, the suffering of patients was decreased,and the proceeding of radiotherapy was guaranteed to go on smoothly.
