【Abstract】 The article reported the experimental study conducted ten laboratory dogs of heart orthotopic transplantation from 1997.4 to 1998.4. Ten dogs were acquired success in the operation and gained satisfied result. The article discussed the preparation of donors, cooperation in supplied cardiac cutting operation and suppled hart’s cardiac muscles maintenance technique.更多还原
