水冷壁管受热面失效分析

【摘要】 通过电子探针、能谱和X射线衍射等多种分析技术系统分析某电厂锅炉水冷壁管发生局部腐蚀的原因.结果表明,腐蚀产物中硫含量很高,局部区域超过20(wt%),产物主要由铁的氧化物和硫化物组成.水冷壁管受热面腐蚀主要原因是高温硫腐蚀.

【Abstract】 The local corrosion of the fire side of waterwall tubes in a coal\|fired boiler of a power plant was analysed. The results of electronic probe microanalysis, energy dispersion spectrometer and X\|ray diffraction analysis showed that the fire side of waterwall tubes was covered by corrosion products of iron oxide and iron sulfide and sulfur element content was over 20%(wt.) in maximum. The fire\|side corrosion was mainly caused by sulfur corrosion at high temperatures when incompleted fuel combusion occurred.\=
