不锈钢在土壤中腐蚀规律研究
CORROSION OF STAINLESS STEELS IN SOILS
【摘要】 用埋设试件的方法,研究了1Cr13、1Cr18Ni9Ti两种不锈钢在酸性、中性及碱性土壤中经过1、3、5年三个试验周期后的腐蚀特征.结果表明,两种不锈钢在酸性及中性土壤中腐蚀轻微,在高盐碱性土壤中腐蚀严重,以点蚀为主,其中1Cr18Ni9Ti耐蚀性优于1Cr13.土壤中Cl-及SO2-4是影响不锈钢腐蚀的主要因素,土壤PH值也是影响不锈钢腐蚀的重要因素,且自然腐蚀电位越负,腐蚀越严重.
【Abstract】 Corrosion behavior of 1Cr13 and 1Cr18Ni9Ti in soils were studied.The results showed that corrosion of stainless steels was mainly due to the contents of Cl - and SO 2- 4 in soils, and there was a good correlation between the weight loss of corrosion and the contents of Cl - and SO 2- 4 in soils.The pH of soils and corrosion potential were other important factors determining the corrosion rate of the stainless steels in soils.Some severe pitings of 1Cr13 were observed in alkaline soils.
