钢在污染环境中的大气腐蚀
ATMOSHPERIC CORROSION OF STEELS IN POLLUTED ENVIRONMENT
【摘要】 通过大气暴露试验和干湿交替复合循环试验,并对腐蚀产物进行 X R D 分析, 研究碳钢和低合金钢在污染环境中的大气腐蚀行为
【Abstract】 The behavior of atmosphere corrosion of steels in polluted environments was studied through atmospheric exposure test and corrosion products were analyzed by XRD. For comparison, an accelerated weathering test of immersion\|dry\|wet combined cycles was also used to simulate the field corrosion. The results showed that the corrosion process of steels could be described by a formulary of ΔW=kt n. The corrosion\|resistance of the steels increased according to the order A3,X60,09CuPTiRe,10CrNiCuP.It is feasible that the atmospheric corrosion behavior of steels could be studied, through the accelerated weathering test of immersion\|dry\|wet combined cycles, simulating the environment of shenyang polluted atmosphere.
