模拟非α中低放废液大体积浇注水泥固化的可行性研究
THE FEASIBILITY STUDY OF CEMENT SOLIDIFICATION BY LARGE VOLUME POUR OF SIMULATED NON α LOW AND INTERMEDIATE LEVEL RADIOACTIVE WASTE
【摘要】 本文对在我国高放废液分离流程中产生的中低放非α废液的大体积浇注水泥固化,在实验室小试条件下进行了可行性研究。结果表明,经浓缩、脱硝及中和处理后,非低α中放废液可用大体积浇注水泥固化进行处理和处置。推荐的固化配方为:水灰比1.0~1.1,盐灰比0.18~0.20,及占水泥重量0.5%(wt)的水泥高效缓凝减水剂。固化体第42dCs的浸出率为10-3~10-5cm/d,Sr的浸出率在3.1×10-3~6.5×10-3cm/d之间,改进抗浸出性能尚待进一步研究。
【Abstract】 Immobilization feasibility for non α low and intermediate level liquid waste fractions generated from Chinese high level radioactive liquid waste total separation process was studied. After concentration, denitration and neutralization, the non α ILLW generated from separation process can be immobilized by means of large volume pour of cement solidification. The introductive solidification parameter was water to ash ratio 1.0~1.1,salt to ash ratio 0.18~0.20 and retarding reduce hydrate addition was 0.5 %(wt) of cement. The leach rate of Cs is 10 -3 ~10 -5 cm/d and Sr is (3.1~6.5)×10 -3 cm/d in the solids at the 42 d. Improving of the leachability is further studing. (
