【Abstract】 This paper discussed the process of hydrolyzing and extracting with sulfuric acid the mixing amino acid from the domestic animal feather. Factors such as the effects of concentration of H 2SO 4, the quantity of H 2SO 4, the reaction temperature, the reaction time, and catalysis were all studied. The optimum technological conditions for hydrolyzing and extracting the mixing amino acid were specified. The concentration of H 2SO 4 was 30%, the quantity of H 2SO 4 300 mL, the reaction temperature 105 °C, and catalysis 10 g. Given these conditions, the mixing amino acid would yield 90%.更多还原
