【摘要】 目的 :改进柳珊瑚酸的提取工艺。方法 :用 1%NaHCO3 溶液提取 ,苯萃取除杂后酸化 ,再用石油醚 -乙酸乙酯混合液萃取、精制的方法提取柳珊瑚酸。结果 :改进后的工艺得率为 0 36 %。结论 :新工艺提高了得率 ,简化了流程 ,降低了提取成本。更多还原

【Abstract】 s Objective: To improve the extract processs of subergorgic acid from Subergorgia suberosa. Methods: Subergorgia suberosa is extracted with 1% NaHCO 3 solution, which is condensed to get the Part A. Part A is extracted by benzene to remove the foreign matter to get Part B. After being acidificated, part B is extracted with the concoction of petroleum ether ethyl actate to get part C, which is refined to get subergorgic acid. Results: The produce ratio is about 0 76%. Conclusions: The nwe process is simple, with high produce ration and low cost.更多还原
