【摘要】 目的 :为了寻找一种新的制备特异性转移因子的方法。方法 :免疫前收集鸡蛋并制备对照卵黄透析液。然后用二硝基氯苯免疫鸡 ,当观察到迟发型超敏反应发生后 ,收集鸡蛋制备二硝基氯苯高免卵黄透析液 ,并将其注入昆明小鼠腹腔内 ,6d后用二硝基氯苯攻击小鼠并观察其迟发型超敏反应发生的情况。结果 :二硝基氯苯高免卵黄透析液组、对照卵黄透析液组和生理盐水组的皮肤反应 (OD值 )分别为 0 0 5 2± 0 0 2 2、0 0 2 8± 0 0 14和 0 0 32± 0 0 12 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :高免卵黄透析液含有某些介导细胞免疫的小分子物质 (如转移因子等 )。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To find a new method of preparing specific transfer factor(TF) Method: Control dialyzable egg yolk extracts(CDEYE) were prepared from hens’egg yolk. Then the hens were immunized with 1 chloro 2,4 dinitrochlorobenzene(DNCB) and delayed type skin hypersensiivity was observed. Dialyzable hyperimmune egg yolk extracts(DHEYE) were prepared and injected into Kunming mice’s abdominal cavity. After Six days consecutive injection, the mice were challenged with DNCB and delayed type skin hypersensitivity was observed Results: The skin responses(OD) of DHEYE group,CDEYE group and NS group were 0 052±0 022,0 028±0 014 and 0 032±0 012 respectively( P <0 05) Conclusion: Dialyzable hyperimmune egg yolk extracts contain certain small molecule substance(transfer factor) which could mediate cellular immunoresponse更多还原
