限食状态下战士体内的能量代谢与脂肪动员

【摘要】 将 2 7名战士分成正常对照组、70 %摄入组和 5 0 %摄入组 ,连续 10d ,分别按 12 44 4 1、9985 5、6 875 2kJ/d限制摄入能量 ,观察各组战士体脂消耗及生化指标的变化情况。结果表明 :70 %摄入组和 5 0 %摄入组的体脂及体重实验前后具有显著性以上的差异 (P <0 0 5 ;P <0 0 0 5 ) ;5 0 %摄入组的血清甘油三脂实验前后具有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。说明限食能加快机体脂肪动员及体内体脂消耗 ,血清甘油三脂随摄入减少而降低 ,而血清总蛋白及血糖则维持在正常水平。

【Abstract】 soldiers were divided into normal intake group, 70% intake group and 50% intake group, whom were restricted to an energy intake of 12 444 1,9 985 5,6 875 2 kJ/d respectively for ten days successively The indexes of body fat and laboratory were observed The results showed that there were significant differences in body fat, body weight and serum triglyceride between before and after the experiment of 70% intake group and 50% intake group The conclusions suggested that diet restriction could promote lipid mobilization and body fat expenditure The serum triglyceride was lower along with reduced intake, and serum total proteins and blood glucose maintained the normal levels
