【摘要】 目的 :探讨谷氨酰胺对氟尿嘧啶化疗大鼠饮食营养的影响。方法 :实验分为 3组 ,A组为正常对照组 ;B组为氟尿嘧啶组 ;C组为氟尿嘧啶加谷氨酰胺组。观察给药后第 1～ 7天大鼠每日饮食量的变化 ,第 8天测定大鼠门静脉压和门静脉血流量。结果 :C组与B组相比 ,大鼠体重下降明显减轻 (P <0 0 5 ) ,饮食量明显提高 (给药后第 5～ 7天 ,P <0 0 1) ,门静脉压和门静脉血流量有增加趋势。结论 :谷氨酰胺可明显改善氟尿嘧啶化疗大鼠的饮食营养状态。更多还原
