谷氨酰胺对化疗大鼠饮食营养的影响

【摘要】 目的 :探讨谷氨酰胺对氟尿嘧啶化疗大鼠饮食营养的影响。方法 :实验分为 3组 ,A组为正常对照组 ;B组为氟尿嘧啶组 ;C组为氟尿嘧啶加谷氨酰胺组。观察给药后第 1~ 7天大鼠每日饮食量的变化 ,第 8天测定大鼠门静脉压和门静脉血流量。结果 :C组与B组相比 ,大鼠体重下降明显减轻 (P <0 0 5 ) ,饮食量明显提高 (给药后第 5~ 7天 ,P <0 0 1) ,门静脉压和门静脉血流量有增加趋势。结论 :谷氨酰胺可明显改善氟尿嘧啶化疗大鼠的饮食营养状态。

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of glutamine on the diet of rats administrated with fluorouracil Methods: Twenty four rats were divided into three groups group A: control, group B:fluorouracil, group C:fluorouracil and glutamine The changes of drink and food everyday from the 1st to the 7th day after giving fluorouracil were observed On the 8th day, the body weight, the portal vein pressure and the portal vein blood volume were detected Results: The amount of diet (5~7d) in group C was significantly improved compared with group B ( P <0 01),the body weight in group C had less reduction than in group B ( P <0 05) The portal vein pressure and the portal vein blood volumn in group C had a tendency to increase compared with group B, but not significantly beween them Conclusion: Glutamine could improve the nutritional condition of diet in rats administrated with fluorouracil
