【摘要】 目的 :提取正常人IL 10基因。方法 :利用RT PCR方法 ,自行设计并合成一对引物。结果 :成功地从活化的正常人外周血单个核细胞扩增出hIL 10cDNA ,并定向克隆入pUC18中 ,经过序列测定证实 ,为IL 10成熟肽cDNA基因。结论 :IL 10基因的获得 ,为进一步在大肠杆菌中高效表达有活性的重组hIL 10 ,更深入地研究其作用机理 ,以及临床应用奠定了基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To extract gene fragment of human IL 10 Methods: cDNA fragment encoding mature peptide of hIL 10 was amplified from human peripheral normal white blood cells by RT PCR using a pair of primers. Results: Cloned into cloning vector pUC18 and sequence analysis verified that the fragment cloned in pUC18 was hIL 10 cDNA. Conclusion: These results lay the foundation for further research in expression of hIL 10 in E.coli and mechanism of hIL 10 action.更多还原
