【摘要】 目的 :研究周围神经损伤后 ,脊神经节感觉神经元的死亡性质。方法 :切断并原位吻合一侧大鼠坐骨神经 ,对侧不作任何处理、作为对照 ,于术后不同时间取L4～L6脊神经节作光镜和电镜染色观察脊神经节感觉神经元胞体形态的变化。结果 :光镜下 ,损伤的脊神经节感觉神经元胞体染色质浓染 ;电镜下 ,细胞膜内陷分割细胞内容物成凋亡小体 ;而对侧脊神经节感觉经元胞体均一、无变化。结论 :大鼠坐骨神经损伤后 ,脊神经节感觉神经元的死亡主要形式是细胞凋亡更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the dead character of dorsal root ganglion neurons following peripheral nerve injury in adult rats Method: Cutting and anastomosing the right sciatic nerve of SD rat, at different time after operation,removed out the L4～L6 dorsal root ganglia, which stained with HE and electron microscopic techniques Results: The chromatin in body of the injured sensory neurons concentrated and the body of the right sensory neurons were divided into apoptotic body whereas the opposite unchanged Conclusion: The sensory neuron death belongs to the apoptosis (Programmed Cell Death, PCD) after rat sciatic nerve injury更多还原
