【摘要】 目的 :研究周围神经损伤后 ,脊神经节感觉神经元的死亡数量。方法 :先计算正常SD大鼠两侧的脊神经节感觉神经元胞体数是否对称 ,再切断并原位吻合右侧大鼠坐骨神经 ,左侧不作任何处理、作为对照 ,于术后不同时间取L4～L6脊神经节作HE染色计算脊神经节感觉神经元胞体数量的变化。结果 :正常SD大鼠两侧的脊神经节感觉神经元胞体数量呈对称分布 ;右侧坐骨神经损伤后 ,其脊神经节感觉神经元胞体数量较左侧减少。结论 :大鼠坐骨神经损伤后 ,脊神经节感觉神经元的胞体有死亡 ,其死亡具有一定的特征。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the dead number of dorsal root ganglion neurons following peripheral nerve injury in adult rats Method:First of all, counting up the bilateral number of L4～L6 dorsal root ganglion neurons in normal adult SD rat. Cutting and anastomosing the right sciatic nerve of SD rat, at different time after operation, removed out the L4～L6 dorsal root ganglia, which stained with HE and counted up the number of dorsal root ganglion neurons Results: The bilateral numbers of L4～L6 dorsal root ganglion neurons in normal adult SD rat were symmetry, but the number of right dorsal root ganglion neurons following peripheral nerve injury reduced Conclusions: Peripheral nerve injury could induce ganglion neuron death and the neuron death demonstrated itself character.更多还原
