超细钨粉的制取及其氧化钨原料和钨粉的粒度测量

【摘要】 选取相成分单一的氢钨青铜(H0.33WO3)、铵钨青铜((NH40.5WO3)和紫钨(WO2.72)作为原料,研究钨原料对制取超细钨粉的影响;对氧化钨原料和超细钨粉的粒度测量方法作了比较,研究结果表明:紫钨由于有着特殊的结构,其制得的钨粉细而均匀,分散性好,是适合于做微晶硬质合金的原料;对于氧化钨原料的粒度(伪同晶颗粒尺寸,即二次颗粒)测量,推荐使用激光衍射法;对于超细钨粉粒度(一次颗粒)的炉前测量,BET法测球形相当径相当理想。

【Abstract】 In this article three kinds of tungsten oxide materials of hydrogen tungsten bronze (H0.33 WO3 ), ammonium tungsten bronze((NH40.5WO3 ), violent tungsten-γ oxide (WO2.72) were selected to study the influence of raw materials on producing ultrafine and homogenous tungsten powder. Researching results show that because of the special pore structure of WO2.72 particles, the homogenous and ultrafine tungsten powder derived from WO2.72 has loose structure which is more suitable for the micrograin hard metals than the powders from the other TBO materials selected in this study. The authors suggest that a suitable methed for evaluating particle size of tungsten blue oxide is laser diffraction and the optimum in - line measurement method for particle size of ultrafine tungsten powder is the BET method for equivalent spherical diameter.
