桑塔纳轿车无石棉盘式刹车片性能对比研究
COMPARING INVESTIGATION OF ASBESTOS-FREE DISC BRAKE PADS FOR SANTANA CAR
【摘要】 通过惯性台架实验,对所研制的刹车片的整体性能进行了检测,并对所研制的样品和德国进口原装片的性能进行了对比研究,研究结果表明:所研制的刹车片整体性能基本符合德国大众TL-110标准,部分性能达到或超过德国原装片的水平,材料高温摩擦因数较高,刹车片有优异的抗衰退性能,各种工况下摩擦因数波动较小,制动平稳。
【Abstract】 Properties of disc brake pads for SANTANA car from Germany and made by ourselves were gotten by inertial brake dynamometer testing. The results show that the properties of brake pads made by ourselves can match the requirement of standard TL-110. It has high and stable friction coefficient at high temperature, low fade properties.
