【摘要】 本文收集母乳喂养的足月顺产儿５５６例，观察对照各种比例的母乳喂养对婴儿生长及抗病力的影响。结果显示：婴儿体重增长率以纯母乳喂养组为最高，以低比例母乳喂养组为最低，４个月时与纯母乳喂养儿对照，有高度显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）；婴儿患病率，随着母乳喂养比例的下降而增高（Ｐ＜０．０１）。母乳喂养的优点和独特的作用是任何牛奶和奶制品所不能替代的。因此，必须提倡、推广、支持、促进和保护母乳喂养。更多还原

【Abstract】 This treatise collects 556 cases of infants in spontaneous labour.The influence of different proportion of breast feeding on infant growth and anti ill ability was observed.The result showed the infants in pure breast feeding gained weigh highestly.And in low proportion(<20%)of breast feeding,the infants gained weigh lowestly,at the 4th month compared with the pure breast feeding that showed marked difference(P<0 01).The incidence of disease in different proportion of breast feeding was steadily raising along with the descending proportion of breast feeding.In all groups of the lower proportion of breast feeding the infants incidence of disease was higher than that in pure breast feeding(P<0 01).For this reason breast feeding should be advocated,popularized,supported,promoted and protected.更多还原
