【摘要】 目的　探讨妊高征患者 T细胞及体液免疫功能。方法　检测 3 2例不同严重度的妊高征患者淋转率、 T细胞亚群分类、血清免疫球蛋白、补体 C3 、 C4、 CIC、 CRP、 s IL - 2 R。结果 PIH患者 CRP阳性率升高 ;中重度患者 CD8+明显下降 ,CD4+ / CD8+升高 ;血清 s IL- 2 R也升高 ;重度患者还有血清免疫球蛋白、补体显著下降 ,CIC值则升高。结论 PIH患者 CD8+ 细胞减少 ,抗原抗体反应增强 ,CIC升高 ,补体激活。 s IL - 2 R可有助于监测疾病变化和治疗效果更多还原

【Abstract】 Ob jective:To study T cell function and changes of humoral immunity in PIH.Methods:32 samples of PIH were determined for lymphocyte transforming rate,CD 3 +,CD 4 +,CD 8 + T cell subsets percentage,serum immunoglobulin,complement C3,C4,CIC,CRP and sIL 2R.Results:CRP positive rate rose in PIH;CD 8 + T cell percentage declined significantly,CD4/CD8 and serum sIL 2R rose notably in medium and severe PIH.There were also low immunoglobulin,complement and high CIC in the latter.Conclusions:In patients with PIH,CD 8 + T cell subsets declined,but antigen antibody reaction enhanced,CIC also rose and complement was activated.Serum sIL 2R is expected to offer help for evaluating patients and curative effect.更多还原
