脂质过氧化与血管内皮的关系及培哚普利的影响

【摘要】 目的 研究脂质过氧化在血管内皮损伤中的意义及培哚普利对内皮影响的机理。方法 采用 Satoh TBA比色法测定 L PO,采用 Pyrogallol- NBT比色法测定 SOD以及循环内皮细胞计数和验正。结果 高血压病组培哚普利治疗前 CEC、 L PO、 MAP、 SBP、 DBP明显高于对照组 ;治疗后 CEC、 L PO、 MAP、 SBP、 DBP显著低于治疗前 ;SOD三组间无统计学差别。且高血压病组干预前、后 CEC与 L PO成正相关 ,相关系数 rb=0 .4 2 7,P<0 .0 5 ;ra=0 .5 94 ,P<0 .0 1。 CEC下降与 L PO同步 ,经协方差分析排除血压的影响 ,CEC仍明显减少 ( P<0 .0 1)。结论  EH的内皮损伤脂质过氧化可能是重要因素之一 ,培哚普利血管内皮保护作用 ,除通过降压效应外 ,抗氧化作用可能是重要途径

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the clinical significance of lipid peroxidation(LPO)on endothelial injury and the effect of prindopril on it.Methods:The level of LPO and superoxide dismutase(SOD)were measured respectively by Satoh TBA and Pyrogallol NBT,and CEC was counted and identified by Iwata method in all subjects.Results:The level of CEC、LPO、MAP、SBP、DBP were higher in EH before treatment(EHB)than that in control group,but lower than that in EH after treatment(EHA).No significant difference was found in three groups about SOD.Furthermore CEC was positively correlated to LPO in both EHB and EHA groups,the decrease of CEC was accompanied with LPO,CEC still declined after correcting the effect of MAP on by one way ANOVA.Conclusion:LPO may be one of the important factors on endothelial injury.In addition its anti hypertensive effect,prindopril has the feature of antioxidation which may be involved in protecting endothelium.
