【摘要】 目的探索最简便、准确、敏感可靠的化疗药物敏感性试验，以指导临床急性白血病个体化治疗的药物选择。方法用ＳＲＢ法肿瘤药敏试验检测白血病细胞株ＨＬ_６０及１２例急性白血病对六种化疗药物的敏感性。结果ＳＲＢ法检测ＨＬ_６０细胞对六种药物中的五种均敏感；１２例急性白血病患者ＳＲＢ法检测结果：体外敏感预测值（ＰＶ＋）为７５％，体外抗药预测值（ＰＶ－）为６６．６７％。结论ＳＲＢ法急性白血病体外药敏试验可用于临床白血病病人个体化治疗时选择敏感性高的药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 篛bjective: To investigate a rapid, sensitive and accurate chemosensitivity assay to select the optimal components for chemotherapeutic protocols for individual patients. Methods Chemosensitivity of HL6o cell and 12 acute leukemia patients were tested using SRB assay. Result and conclusion The predictive value of an in vitro sensitive test (PV+) and the predictive value of an in vitro resistant test (PV-) of SRB assay were 75% and 66. 67 % respectively.
