糖尿病患者血中NO、LPO、SOD的变化及临床意义
Circulating Nitric Oxide,Lipid Peroxide and Superoxide Dismutase in Patients with Diabetes Mellitus Type Ⅱ and its Clinical Significance
【摘要】 目的 探讨患有Ⅱ型单纯糖尿病/或伴并发症的糖尿病患者血中一氧化氮(NO)的代谢产物NO3- /NO2- 的水平与脂质过氧化物(LPO)、过氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的变化以及相互关系。 方法 采用Griess 法、TBA 比色法、NBT 比色法测定103 例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者血中NO 的代谢产物NO3- /NO2- 的水平与LPO、SOD水平,数据用统计学软件EPI6.0 分析处理。 结果 单纯糖尿病(SDM)组、糖尿病伴并发症(CDM)组的NO、LPO 水平较对照(NC)组有显著升高,而2 个病例组的SOD水平较对照组明显降低(P< 0.01)。 结论 Ⅱ型糖尿病患者体内NO 水平升高,患者体内抗氧化能力减弱,机体存在氧化-抗氧化系统失调,可能与NO的灭活加快、内皮依赖性舒张障碍有关
【Abstract】 To evaluate circulating nitric oxide(NO),lipid peroxide(LPO) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) in healthy subjects and patients suffering from diabetes mellitus(DM) type Ⅱ with or without compications,explore their implications of these changes on the course of DM \ Methods\ Circulating NO,LPO and SOD were measured in the ways of Griess,TBA,NBT Data collected were analyzed with software EPI version 6 0 \ Results\ The mean plasma levels of NO and LPO in DM patients with or without complications were significant higher than healthy control group,and their SOD level was significant lower(P<0 01) \ Conclusion \ The evidences mentioned above indicate that there exists an imbalance of oxidant antioxidant system,which may contribute to the quenching of plasma NO,and may be associated with development of its complications,especially microvascular complications \;
