【摘要】 目的　为无牙颌患者全口义齿上颌人工尖牙排列提供参考依据。　方法　对 42 7例国人正常上颌牙列模型切牙乳突与上颌尖牙之间存在的位置关系进行测量并进行统计学分析。　结果　42 7例模型中 ,两侧上颌尖牙连线 ( CPC线 )均横过切牙乳突 ;其中 ( 1) 345例 ( 80 .79% )横过切牙乳突中点 ;( 2 ) 388例 ( 90 .86% )落在切牙乳突中点前后 1.0 mm之内 ;( 3) 4 12例 ( 96.48% )落在切牙乳突中点前后 2 .0 mm之内。　结论　切牙乳突与上颌尖牙存在较恒定的位置关系 ,可以作为全口义齿上颌人工尖牙排列位置的可靠依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 To help artificial maxillary canines set up when the dentulous jaws were restored \ Methods\ A study was made on 427 adult maxillary dentulous casts with normal occlusion to determine the relationship of permanent canine teeth \ Results\ In the 427 casts studied,the line connecting the tips of the upper canines(so called the CPC line) all passes over the incisive papilla:(1)The lines went through the center of the incisive papilla on 345 casts,which took 80 79%.\ (2)On 388 casts the lines were about 1 0 mm,anterior or posterior to the papilla,taking 90 86%.\ (3)On 412 cases the lines were about 2 0 mm,anterior or posterior to the papilla, accouting for 96 48% \ Conclution\ This study indicates that the relative position between the incisive papilla and the upper canine teeth is constant.
