【摘要】 目的　探讨活动期和稳定期系统性红斑狼疮 ( SL E)患者血清中的可溶性胞间粘连分子 - 1( s ICAM- 1)和白细胞介素 - 12 ( IL- 12 )的变化及其意义。　方法　应用 EL ISA法测定 16例活动期、15例稳定期及 2 0例健康者血清中 s ICAM- 1和 IL- 12水平 ,并与抗 - ds DNA、抗核抗体 ( ANA)、血沉等进行相关分析。　结果　与对照组比较 ,稳定期和活动期患者血清中 IL- 12水平依次降低 ( P<0 .0 1) ;SL E患者血清中 s ICAM- 1水平较对照组升高 ( P<0 .0 1) ,但活动期与稳定期未见统计学差异 ( P>0 .0 5 ) ;患者血清中抗 ds DNA、ANA滴度及血沉水平的变化与 IL- 12有较好的相关性 ,与s ICAM- 1无明显相关。　结论　 IL- 12在 SL E的免疫发病机制和免疫损伤机制中起重要作用 ;s ICAM- 1可以做为 SL E的一项免疫检测指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigate the changes of levels of soluble intercellular adhesion molecule 1(sICAM 1) and interleukin 12(IL 12) in sera of active and inactive systemic lupus erythermatosus(SLE) patients \ Methods\ Sera from 16 active and 15 inactive SLE patients and 20 normal controls were tested for sICAM 1 and IL 12 \ The correlation of anti dsDNA, antinuclear autibody(ANA) ,erythrocyte sedimentation rate( ESR) and sICAM 1 or IL 12 was studied,respectively \ Results\ Sera levels of IL 12 in inactive and active SLE patients were in turn significantly decreased when compared with normal controls(P<0 01) \ Sera levels of sICAM 1 in SLE patients was significantly elevated when compared to normal controls (P<0 01), but no significant difference between active and inactive SLE patients was noted \ The changes of anti dsDNA, ANA, ESR in SLE patients correlated well with IL 12, but correlated poorly with sICAM 1 \ Conclusion\ IL 12 plays an important role in the mechanism of immune mediated injury and disease occurrence of SLE, and sICAM 1 may be used as one of the detecting methods for SLE \;更多还原
